Eating the right food

If you want to be healthy you should eat the right food at the right amount, have regular exercise, and get enough rest. Bur being healthy is only in the aspect of your physical being. You must consider a healthy family relation as the foundation of healthful living. It is very important to share to your love ones the things you experienced in your school and even in your work place and how you feel about it. You should maintain that openness within your home where every body has the chance to voice out and be heard.
